I developed this recipe while working at an *unnamed* luxury hotel chain that had been previously receiving frozen cookies from an outside company. I was obviously morally against this, so I began developing recipes for the hotel that they still use today. At the hotel, the cookies got nicknamed "bomba$$ chocolate chip" by the executive chef, and c. love has adopted them into their cookie family as a staple and a classic.
